UK - Matrix expands its team with appointment of Guy Blackburn

Blackburn joins from international real estate investment and development group, Grosvenor, where was an analyst and commercial manager. While there, he oversaw the acquisition and disposal of property and business assets as well as being involved in assessing the viability of early-stage real estate business proposals. Blackburn is an Oxford graduate in Engineering Science and has an MSc in Investment and Finance, Real Estate.
