DENMARK - Axcel appoints Better Place CEO to industrial board

Moberg sits on the board of Axcel's portfolio company KMD, the computer services business the buyout house acquired from local government in November last year.

Axcel's industrial board supports the investment activities of its three investment vehicles. The board meets five to six times per year, and also advises Axcel's management on an ad hoc basis.
