FINLAND - Pohjola Group appoints new CFO

Pölönen, who resumes his new role in January, comes from the position of CRO of Pohjola. His new responsbilites as CFO include finance, actuarial function, corporate planning, central banking and group treasury as well as investor relations.

The group comprises 229 independent member cooperative banks and the Group's statutory central institution, OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative and Pohjola Bank plc. Pohjola Capital Partners Oy (PCP) is the private equity arm of the OP-Pohjola Group and a subsidiary of Pohjola Bank Plc.
