NORWAY - VPS and Oslo Børs recommend a merger
The boards of Directors of VPS Holding ASA and Oslo Børs Holding ASA have agreed to propose to merge the two companies. The merger is believed to give the companies a more efficient and co-ordinated use of their expertise and resources. The combined company will increase the overall value chain of the Norwegian securities market.
