NORWAY - Verdane holds first close of new fund on SEK 650m
Secondaries direct specialist Verdane Capital has held a first closing of its seventh fund on around SEK 650m (approximately EUR 63m). The fund's target size is SEK 1-1.5bn.
Verdane buys portfolios of direct investments in unlisted companies from other investors. They have been operating the secondaries direct market in Denmark and Norway since 2003, and are now moving into Denmark and Finland.
