Hotbed has invested £5m alongside commitments from Grove Industries Ltd and Barclays Bank to support the institutional buyout of Bearmach Plc, a supplier of parts and accessories to the global aftermarket for Land Rover. Bearmach is headquartered in South Wales and operates in the UK through a network of distributors and its five retail outlets. It also supplies international markets.
Deal is Recover's 23rd acquisition since it was established six years ago, and the third since being acquired by EQT
