FRANCE - New food-oriented firm emerges
Céréa Capital, a new investment firm which backs agricultural or food-related businesses, has already completed two buyouts and is currently negotiating its third.
Céréa Capital is part of the Céréa Gestion, which in turn is wholly owned by Unigrains. Its team comprises Gilles Sicard, one of the co-founders of Astorg Partners, Antoine Peyronnet and Antoine Sage.
