
SWITZERLAND - Argos Soditic reaps 3.1x on ORS sale
Argos Soditic sold outsorcing company ORS in a secondary buyout to Invision, reaping a cash mutliple of 3.1x and an IRR of 37%.
Based in Zurich, ORS offers outsourcing solutions to Swiss public authorities in charge of asylum seeker centres and refugees. The company runs refugee centres and homes on behalf of the Swiss federal government, different cantons and numerous municipalities. The company reported a turnover of EUR 26m in 2008.
Argos Soditic acquired the business from the founder in a management buy-out in May 2005.
