UK - Tom Wrenn joins ECI Partners

Wrenn has joined ECI from the private equity team at Close Brothers Corporate Finance. During his two and a half year tenure with Close Brothers, Wrenn focused on the leisure and media sectors, advising on both public and private company transactions, before moving to the private equity team.

Previously he spent four years at Deloitte & Touche where he began his career as a tax advisor in the mergers and acquisitions team advising on European buyouts and large corporate transactions. Wrenn has an MA in Physics from Oxford University and is a qualified chartered accountant.
