FRANCE - CVC Capital Partners makes two senior appointments
CVC Capital Partners has bolstered its Paris office with two senior recruits.
Domnin de Kerdaniel is appointed as managing director. He comes from 3i’s LBO Team in Paris, where he worked on public and private investment in France and the Benelux. He also worked for KKR for five years, including the acquisition of Legrand, and for Salomon Brothers. His areas of expertise are, among others, transportation, logistics, retails, media business services and manufacturing. Nicolas Mouté is appointed as director. His experience includes working in the London and Paris offices for Bain Consulting Group. His latest position was managing director, head of acquisition finance France for ING. CVC Capital Partners’ European operations now employ 62 investment professionals.
