Jefferies appoints James Seagrave
Global securities and investment banking firm Jefferies has appointed James Seagrave as managing director of its Global Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Group.
Seagrave will be based in the firm's London office and focus on coverage of UK-based financial sponsors. In his new role, Seagrave will provide Jefferies' European private equity clients with capital raising and advisory services.
Prior to joining Jefferies, Seagrave worked at JP Morgan. During his time at JP Morgan he was managing director in its Financial Sponsor Coverage Group for seven years and, before that, spent 10 years in the European Telecommunications and Media Investment Banking Group.
