SWEDEN - Ratos to list Bisnode

The company plans to list on OMX before the year end. Ratos holds a 70% stake valued at SEK 1.295bn, while Bonnier holds the remainder of the shares. Bisnode is a publisher that creates, distributes, markets and sells digital business information for the general business-to-business environment.
