FRANCE - Berwin Leighton Paisner appoints cross-border lawyer

Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has announced the appointment of Antoine-Audoin Maggiar to their corporate finance team as a senior partner. He will be focusing on developing the firm’s international portfolio of clients to offer an exceptional legal service in relation to cross-border activities.

Maggiar will be joining from Slaughter and May’s Paris office, where he was senior French partner, working in both French and English. He has extensive experience advising on cross-border corporate and finance transactions.

BLP is a premier city law firm, operating in London and Brussels, it currently holds the Chambers’ 'UK Law Firm of the Year' award. The corporate finance team has experience in many industry sectors including real estate and construction, hotels, leisure and betting.
