Palamon promotes three
Palamon Capital Partners has promoted Julian Carreras, Pascal Jean-NoУЋl Noth and Gary Pritchard to partners.
Carreras, who was previously a principal and has a focus on Spain and Italy, originally joined the firm in 2003 from Goldman Sachs. Carreras left Palamon in 2006 and worked with Cinven and Thesan Capital in Madrid before rejoining in 2011. He currently sits on the boards of several Palamon investments including EnGrande in Spain, Sigla in Italy and Quality Solicitors in the UK.
Jean-Noël Noth, also previously a principal, joined Palamon in 2009 from Goldman Sachs. His main focus is on the German-speaking region. He has notably worked on the development of Palamon's investments in Prospialia and Polikum, both healthcare companies operating in Germany. He is a board member of OberScharrer Group and the Cambridge Education Group, where he was involved in the recent sale to Bridgepoint.
Pritchard joined Palamon in 2008 as CFO and was promoted to managing director in 2011. Since then he has focused on financial controls, structuring, tax and regulatory compliance. He joined the private equity firm from speciality insurance and reinsurance group Catlin Group, where he spent 12 years in a number of roles including CFO.
