UK /RUSSIA - Ivory transfers to BLP's Russian office
International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has announced that Ian Ivory, a London-based corporate finance partner, is to join the it's new Russian subsidiary office in Moscow.
The deal marked the first time that a major overseas law firm has come together with a leading Russian legal team. Through a combination of Russian and English law capabilities across a range of sectors, the office aims to provide an integrated service to Russian and international clients investing in the Russian market, as well as to Russian clients investing globally.
