SWEDEN - Valedo acquires menswear company
Valedo has acquired Oscar Jacobsen, a Swedish menswear chain, from the Bengtsson family for an undisclosed sum.
Borås-based Oscar Jacobsen sells business and golf clothing both through independent retailers and own-brand stores. The collections are available across Europe, with the majority of sales in Sweden and the UK. With approximately 70 employees, the company generated revenue of SEK 190m in 2007.
