
FRANCE - Perfectis participates in OBO and expansion of Ekis
Perfectis Private Equity, Alain Fourcade of COMIDOC and M Prime have created and invested in EKIS (Enterprise Knowledge & International Support).
Ekis is composed of the two companies of Groupe COMIDOC, the former "Performance and Risk Management" division of GFI Consulting and Spanish company PLANYTEC. The group EKIS generated a total yearly turnover of €22m for 2005 and employs 260 people in France, Spain and Germany. New funds will be used to launch new products, maintain growth in France and Germany and expand internationally with a new branch in Singapore and a manufacturing plant in Romania.
