
FRANCE - Launch of Axonia Partners
Financial advisory boutique Axonia Partners has announced its launch. Axonia Partners is already working on several transactions, split equally between private equity clients and corporate clients.
Alfonsi has worked as a financial due diligence provider for Mazars in New York and in the M&A division for Morgan Stanley in London. He then founded digital contents business nFactory, before joining Triago. In 2004, he founded Alternal Financial Services.
Bourissou has worked as an adviser to the French minister of research. He also worked for Renault before joining Anvar as strategy director in 2002. He later contributed to the creation of Oséo, of which he became deputy strategy director.
Viviano began his career in the financial institutions group at Goldman Sachs, before joining Morgan Stanley's European Technology division in London in 1998. After a stint with European investment firm antfactory, he became director at LongAcre Partners, a media-oriented mid-market M&A firm.
