FRANCE - iXEN president resigns
Caroline Rémus has resigned from her position as president of buyout investor iXEN Partners, a subsidiary of Natixis Private Equity.
Rémus joined iXEN (formerly Natexis Industrie) in October 2002. She had previously worked in the corporate finance division of Crédit Agricole Indosuez since 2000, and prior to that at BNP-Paribas Corporate Finance from 1999 and at Banexi from 1985.
According to reports, the Natixis subsidiary could be merged with NI Partners, another Natixis PE subsidiary that focuses on growth capital, as part of the group's plans to restructure its private equity activities.
