TURKEY - AIG sells AFM Cinema
AIG investments has sold its 51.91% share in AFM Uluslararasi Film, a cinema and entertainment company, to A1 Group Ltd, the key investment group of Alfa-Group Consortium.
Founded in 1965, AFM Cinema is Turkey's largest cinema chain with 32 theatres and 183 screens in 12 different cities.
