It's that time of year again when we ask that you provide us with a summary of your 2012 deal activity. At the very least, we're after Target name, Date (month, year), Value (if n/d, please provide a range/indication for our back office/not for publication), lead sponsor (GP), your involvement (for example if you're a diligence provider, what kind).

The data enables us to check we've captured all the deals - and that our write-ups contain comprehensive detail on all the parties involved. This is crucial for the league tables which our readers run on unquotedata.com.
