UK - Osmosis Capital appoints new partner
London-based low carbon investor Osmosis Capital has hired Gerrit Heyns as a partner to the firm.
Heyns joins Osmosis from Russian investment bank Troika Dialog, where he held the position of global head of equity sales and was responsible for building up the firms' international equity distribution capability. Prior to this, he was a managing director with Devonshire Securities, an Asian boutique investment banking group where he was involved in originating, structuring and financing transactions throughout the region, with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital deals. He has also held previous positions for Kleinwort Benson, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Securities.
