Hogan Lovells promotes Woodhouse to partner
Hogan Lovells has promoted Keith Woodhouse to partner in the firm's corporate practice, focusing on private equity.
The promotion is one of 29 to have taken place at the firm across all offices.
Woodhouse trained at Pinsent Masons, joining its private equity team in 2001. In 2004, he joined White & Case as an associate in the private equity team, before moving on to Hogan Lovells in 2006.
Hogan Lovells promoted Tom Whelan to global co-head of private equity in late December 2013. He took over from Alan Greenough, who is retiring.
The law firm opened a Luxembourg office in July 2013, before merging with South African firm Routledge Modise in November. In September, law firm Morrison & Foerster poached all of Hogan Lovells' Berlin-based partners to open its first German branch.
