SPAIN - Eland to raise third fund
Eland Private Equity has launched Eland Energías Renovables III, a EUR 30m fund to invest in projects in the renewable energy sector.
Through its previous two funds, the firm has invested EUR 152m in photovoltaic projects and operates seven facilities located in Castilla La Mancha and Levante with an aggregate capacity of 20MW.
The fund is lead by former director of Explosivos Río Tinto, Miguel Domenech and Adolfo Carvajal, formerly of Citigroup.
