
UK - Kleinwort Capital trust unveils annual results
Kleinwort Capital Trust has announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2005, approved by the board of directors on 27 February 2006.
In the ten year period to 31 December 2005, the share price has risen from 97.0p to 232.5p, an increase of 140 percent - compared with a rise of 58 percent in the FTSE All-Share Index over the same period.
Since 31 July 1996, the net asset value per share has risen from 143.2p to 290.6p and the return to an investor, reinvesting dividends since flotation in July 1986, is in excess of 15% annum.
KCT also welcomes John Mackie, former CEO of the British Venture Capital Association, to its board.
