GERMANY - ADCURAM Group AG buys Hennecke Group from Bayer
ADCURAM Group AG has purchased polyurethane processing machinery business Hennecke GmbH from Bayer for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is due to complete before the end of the year. With this transaction, ADCURAM further strengthens its manufacturing and technology portfolio. After closing, ADCURAM plans to invest in research, development, and innovations, strengthen the service and distribution infrastructure and grow the business internationally. Hennecke Group has around 500 employees and reported a turnover of around EUR 80m in 2006.
