
Lazard appoints two managing partners

Corporate finance specialist Lazard has appointed François Kayat and Pierre Tattevin as managing partners.
The new partners, both experienced in French and international M&A, will strenghten Lazard's financial advisory team which comprises 131 people worldwide.
Kayat joins from the investment banking department at Crédit Agricole CIB, where he was managing director. Prior to that, he also worked for Kleinwort Benson and Crédit Suisse.
Tattevin has already held a managing partner role at Lazard, between 1995 and 2000. He has since worked as managing partner for Rothschild & Cie.
