GERMANY – Perusa acquires GRV LUTHE

German private equity house Perusa Partners has acquired disposal services company GRV LUTHE Kampfmittelbeseitigung GmbH from Turn Around Investments GmbH and GRV's management.

GRV LUTHE is based in Ludwigsfelde near Berlin, and specialises in the disposal of unexploded ordonance which still contaminates large areas of Germany. The company secures and disposes of dangerous military materials. The aim is to expand the business into other European countries.
