DENMARK - Summit Partners invests in Welltec

Summit Partners has invested in Welltec, a Danish provider of precision robotic solutions for oil and gas wells. Summit Partners became aware of Weltec when founder and CEO, Jørgen Hallundbæk, won the Deloitte Entrepreneur of the Year award. The investors were attracted to the opportunity to invest in the oil and gas industry, which continues to grow in size.
