FRANCE - Weinberg Capital Partners makes its first investment
Weinberg Capital Partners (WCP) has announced an agreement to acquire 70% of Pharmaceutical company Pharma Omnium International.
The investment will allow the the company to acquire laboratoires Biodim, owner of products Témesta, Séresta and Utéplex. Biodim generated EUR 43.7m in 2005. This is WCP's first investment since it was founded in July 2005. The equity house manages WCP#1, a EUR 420m fund which focuses on middle-sized companies.
