BALTIC - BaltCap acquires Interinfo Group for EUR 20-30m

Hansa Bank supplied a senior and junior debt package of 75% of the total value of the deal to support the transaction.

Interinfo employs approximately 500 staff in the Baltics and its new headquarters will be based in Latvia, moved from Oslo, based on the new company structure as a result of the acquisition. In 2007, turnover totalled EUR 15.5m.
