
ITALY - Alto Partners acquire minority stake in Rancilio
Alto Capital II acquired a 16.67% stake of Rancilio from its founders.
The aim of the acquisition is to support the company's growth. Going forward, the investor may underwrite further capital increases with the aim of financing acquisitions both in Italy and abroad. Rancilio is headquartered in Parabiago (near Milan) and has 80 years of history in the production of professional coffee machines. It expects to report sales of EUR 40m this year.
