
FRANCE - AGF Private Equity appoints two investment directors
AGF Private Equity has announced the appointment of Olivier Thévenet and Jean-Philippe Boige as investment directors.
Boige, a graduate of both the Rouen Graduate School of Management and HEC, has worked in private equity for six years, having previously served periods with Global Private Equity, Siparex and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Both will join the fund-of-funds team, where they will be involved in primary and secondary transactions as well as co-investments in LBOs.
