SWEDEN – Valedo invests in Bindomatic
Valedo Partners has acquired Bindomatic, a Swedish thermal binding company, for an undisclosed value. The previous owner, Sture Wiholm, will retain a significant minority shareholding.
Stockholm-based Bindomatic develops machines and covers for binding of documents and presentations. The company has more than 95% of sales outside of Sweden with subsidiaries in Portugal, Germany and the US. In 2007, it recorded turnover of SEK 117m with strong profitability.
