NORWAY - Sustainable Solutions receives value creator of the year award

Sustainable Solutions’ product idea is a disposable barbecue that can be recycled via compost. The company was considered to have the best technology-based idea, while Sprell levende and EvacuAid, which received NOK 100,000 each, were nominated for having the best service-based idea and best product idea respectively.

The Verdiskaper competition is targeted at students, researchers and employees of Høgskolen in Akershus, Høgskolen in Oslo, BI and the University of Oslo. It aims to foster a positive entrepreneurial environment at the study places and support good business ideas. Squarehead Systems was the winner of Verdiskaper 2005.
