UK - Landsbanki continues growth of leverage finance team
European corporate and investment bank Landsbanki has continued the expansion of its leverage finance team with the dual appointments of Dave Amber and John Perry as directors.
Amber will be responsible for managing the leverage finance origination portfolio. He joins the business following 21 years at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he has spent the last 11 years in leverage finance, most recently in a portfolio management role overseeing sponsored, multi-bank senior and junior debt deals.
Perry will be responsible for the instigation and execution of mid-market leveraged finance transactions in Europe with debt sizes of between £50m - £400m. He previously worked for Nomura, WestLB and SG and has worked on a number of deals in the healthcare, retail, auto, building and manufacturing sectors across Europe.
