UK - Balderton exits Bebo
Balderton Capital has agreed to sell its stake in social networking site Bebo to AOL in a deal worth $850m.
Balderton invested $15m in Bebo in May 2006 and is have made about $140m from the exit. The deal also sees Bebo founders Michael and Xochi Birch selling their combined 70% stake in the business to AOL.
