
FRANCE - CMS Bureau Francis hires new counsel and future partner
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre has announced the appointment of Daniel Gutmann as counsel and Stéphane Austry as a future partner in its tax practice.
Austry is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, he also attended Ecole Nationale d' Administration for two years. He has published many articles on taxation and served in advisory capacities for the Minister of the Economy, Secretary of State for the Budget, the Treasurer and, most recently, he was financial adviser to the French Embassy's economic mission to Japan.
