
FRANCE - Spef Venture sells 3D animation software company Eovia
Spef Venture has agreed to sell Eovia to Californian 3D animation company DAZ Productions for an undisclosed sum.
Spef Venture originally invested in Eovia in 2004.The exit deal includes the sale of Eovia's US subsidiary, which employs 10 people, and a part of the European branch. Michael Azencot, adviser for the deal, said that the transaction was concluded speedily, with very simple conditions.
