UK - Sovereign continues Kinetics buy-and-build

Sovereign Capital-owned social housing services company Kinetics Group has acquired TA Horn Holdings, taking group revenues to ТЃ80m. The deal represents the third acquisition as part of Sovereign's buy-and-build strategy for Kinetics Group. TA Horn is a North London-based gas installation and maintenance services provider to the social housing sector. It enjoys long-term contracts with local authorities and housing associations in North and West London and the surrounding Home Counties. Customers include the London Boroughs of Camden, Redbridge and Enfield, the district councils of Harlow and Epping Forest and the housing association, Homes for Haringey.
