
NL - Permira-owned Nutrilux acquires Provimi from CVC and PAI Partners
Following the announcement in January that Permira was to acquire animal feed producer Provimi from CVC Capital Partners and PAI Partners, clearance has now been received.
The sale of the Provimi shares was completed on 12 April 2007. The vendors received EUR 30.22 per share. A simplified public offer will be filed today by Permira’s holding for all the Provimi shares not held by the vendor, at a price of EUR 34 per share. The private equity firm also plans the launch of a squeeze-out procedure at the same price of EUR 34 per share in the event that it shall hold more than 95% of the share capital, as well as the voting rights of Provimi following the simplified public offer.
