NORWAY - Ferd Venture's Mohive launches new e-learning system

Mohive Toolbox allows an organisation’s subject matter experts to easily transfer knowledge through e-learning. The new version, Mohive Toolbox 3.5, contains a variety of enhanced authoring functionality, including for the first time a major capability for users to import existing PowerPoint presentations directly into their e-learning programmes. Toolbox 3.5 automatically converts the PowerPoint content into a Toolbox format without the need for any authoring or manipulation by either the user or a third party.

Mohive Toolbox 3.5 also includes a Step-By-Step wizard to help with authoring, as well as more templates, giving subject matter experts unprecedented control and capabilities over their e-learning programmes.

Oslo-based Mohive received around NOK 14m from Ferd Venture in 2005. The company provides software for corporate training. In the Nordic countries, customers such as Storebrand and If use Toolbox to create company specific e-learning.
