GERMANY - Linklaters hires Kolja von Bismarck
Linklaters has hired Kolja von Bismarck, a specialist for complex cross-border restructurings, for its restructuring & insolvency (R&I) practice in Frankfurt.
Previously, von Bismarck worked at Clifford Chance. The Frankfurt team, led by partner Dr Sven Schelo has recently advised on the insolvency of Rosenthal, the sales process of insolvent TMD Friction, and the refinancing of Premiere Group. The team also advised on the insolvency of Lehman Brothers.
