DENMARK - Polaris recruits Icopal director and CapMan partner

Polaris Private Equity has appointed Jan Johan Kühl, group director of Icopal, as managing partner and as director of the management company and Jan Dahlqvist, partner at CapMan, as partner. Kühl will join Polaris in the first quarter of 2007 and the appointment is the first step in a process of generational change at Polaris. Founding partner Viggo Nedergaard Jensen will retain his position as managing partner together with Kühl until the end of 2007, when Jensen will step down to become an ordinary partner.
