FINLAND - CapMan makes three promotions

Nygård, currently head of investment operations in Russia, joined CapMan in 2008 when the Finnish GP acquired Russian private equity house Norum, where he was managing director.

Rubin has been a partner with CapMan since 2008, when he joined to focus on the Swedish investments of the Public Market team. Prior to this he was head of Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets at the Swedish bank Handelsbanken.

Maunula, only 27 years old, was hired as Fundraising and IR analyst two years ago. She joined from The Research Institute of The Finnish Economy where she was a researcher.
