FRANCE - MBO Partenaires sells Gamfi to Leica Geosystems

MBO Partenaires has realised its interests in construction lasers manufacturer Gamfi, sold to a subsidiary of Stockholm-listed Hexagon.

Gamfi International was created in 2004, in the context of an buyout led by MBO Partenaires and the company's founder and CEO.

Close Brothers arranged the sale. Gamfi generates sales of around EUR 30m.

Sponsor acquired the public software group in July 2017 via the same-year vintage Partners Group Global Value 2017
