FRANCE - Chequers and Pechel sell IT solutions business to TKH

The private equity firms backed the company's tertiary buyout in 2002. This deal provided an IRR of approximately 40% for 3i, which originally took a third of CAE's equity in March 1995.

CAE, which provides IT, telecommunications and electronic services to the construction and industrial sectors, recorded sales of EUR 122.1m in 2006, and employs more than 300 staff.
