DENMARK - Polaris Private Equity acquires Hansen & Pedersen

Polaris Private Equity has acquired a majority shareholding in Hansen & Pedersen, a Danish gentlemen clothing retailer for an undisclosed value.

Polaris was attracted to the deal because of the company’s structure, market opportunities and logistic platform. The Danish market for gentlemen retailing is estimated to be worth DKK 7bn and has a 7% average annual growth.
