
SPAIN - MCH beats Magnum on competition for Eptisa
Engineering business Eptisa has received a bid of EUR 90m from MCH Private Equity, according to press reports.
Rumour has it that the two firms and three sector players are also involved in the competitive process, which should conclude within the next few days. Eptisa intends to start its new development stage with the expansion of its activities outside Spain. It posted EUR 175m sales in 2006 and plans to reach a turnover of EUR 300m by 2009. Eptisa forecasts EUR 300m sales by 2009.
