UK - Investcorp Technology Ventures acquires Conduit for EUR 90m

Conduit Ltd, one of Europeт€™s leading directory assistance businesses, has signed a definitive agreement with an entity controlled by Investcorp Technology Ventures to acquire the company for EUR 90m. InfoNXX, Inc., the largest independent directory assistance provider in the United States, has also agreed to participate as a minority shareholder in the acquisition vehicle. The transaction is expected to close within the next 60 days.

Headquartered in Dublin, Conduit operates call centres in Ireland, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. As well as providing its own branded directory assistance services, Conduit provides call centre facilities for a number of large corporates. The company employs 1,400 people, of which over 500 are in Ireland, and generates revenues of approximately EUR 60m.
