UK - Investcorp Technology Ventures acquires Conduit for EUR 90m

Conduit Ltd, one of Europe’s leading directory assistance businesses, has signed a definitive agreement with an entity controlled by Investcorp Technology Ventures to acquire the company for EUR 90m. InfoNXX, Inc., the largest independent directory assistance provider in the United States, has also agreed to participate as a minority shareholder in the acquisition vehicle. The transaction is expected to close within the next 60 days.
